1 for sending a document to my former director who asked for it, but I was NEVER told I had to encrypt said document, was never instructed on how to, and because she saw MY ssn, she reported me
1 because I brought a bubble machine to work to cheer up my coworkers, one coworker, knowing the floor was slippery, decided to dance in the slippery spot and fell. Said she was fine until she had to go back to work 5 min later where suddenly she was NOT fine, left work early, reported me for having the bubble machine, went to the hospital and got cleared, and then went to Mexico the next day to go do adventure type stuff (climbing and shit), came back and decided to file a work injury complaint.

I hope your boss has some discretion here and also likes you so they can be like...yeah ok I could suspend you but nah

The former director interaction, at a minimum, is them being a doofus to cover their own ass. If I was Mim would definitely appeal that one, if possible.
Especially if 1) the document wasn't labeled correctly from the jump, 2) the former director wasn't providing adequate training for document handling.

Oh my Sup doesn’t want to suspend me. He’s like if I had to discipline you, I’d rather do a verbal or written warning. The problem is the Office Director who is a stickler for rules.
But on the advice of a buddy (and my supervisor —like in passing) they said “union, go to the”
