Mobile Twitter embeds not scrollable

So Twitter embeds seem to have broken over the weekend and you can no longer use them to scroll the page. It used to be that you could start a scrolling swipe on an embedded tweet but now it just doesn't register the touch, you have to either try to scroll on the very thin blue strip on either side of the embed or use the scrolling momentum to get past the tweet.
Possibly related but you can't tap any button on the top site navigation bar if there's an embedded tweet underneath it, it just tries to load Twitter as if you hit the tweet itself. You have to scroll back up until the top bar clears the tweet and then you can do stuff like hitting the back button
