Problem with useing two screens and playing full screen video.

I am running two screens as one long horizontal desktop (on a GeForce 7300), a 2048 x 768 resolution. Both are Dell P780's (really, really old, I know). I have done this so when I play WoW (useing an addon for WoW call CT_Viewport) I can move the "graphics" on one screen and most of the menu windows ,chat boxs, and so on on the other screen. The problem is now if I try to use a meda player in full screen mode, the video split between the two screens. The NVIDIA desktop managers has options to stop windows from opeing on more than one screen, but it only works when the player first opens, not when switched to full screen.

What can I do about this?

You'll probably have better luck asking your question of the people who made the software that's causing your problem: http://www.ctprofiles.net/forums/index.ct

The CT peolple didnt make the software thats causeing my problem, NVIDIA did. My NVIDIA card lets me set my desktop so it stretches across two screens.
