Also: very much appreciate that they were like "we should get one of those creepy slow covers for this" and then just got Florence + the Machine to do it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Is6GV6UA6GM

oh my god, the callbacks/payoff to the
Burn Notice
reference in the Poker Face finale was wonderful. Really just a hell of a season finale.
Ah, it stinks, it sucks, it's anthropologically unjust

I think it is funny how Eaglemoss, which made lots of metal and plastic Star Trek ships, went bankrupt when every single episode of the new Picard has the exact same little ship models all over the place just painted gold. I think every episode this season has had at least one.

They even have the same stands!
Where do you think they probably got them?
(Clearance sale.)
Eaglemoss was quite possibly the most inept company I've ever dealt with. On top of that they had absolutely abysmal customer service, but that's probably to be expected because I don't know how those CSRs were actually supposed to help anyone and after a while it has to be impossible to apologize in any sort of believable or meaningful way anymore.
Shame, since their models were pretty good and my son absolutely loves them.

I really enjoyed how his Blue Beetle was basically a blend of Ron Stoppable and Terry McGinnis.
Recognized Beatrice Hasp's voice from somewhere, turns out Rhea Perlman also plays Cid in The Bad Batch.
Disney, NBC, make the crossover happen in season 2.
I love S2 because I wanted the absolutely insane bullshit that S1 was promising in addition to the weirdo mystery town, and I got that
looking forward to this!
If you like Rhea Perlman and NBC original programming, I have another show I could recommend you
But what if I like Ron Perlman and CBS original programming?
Beast. Beast never changes.
Steam
Lauren Ash is fantastic

Points deducted because
But as far as having recognizable badass voices uttering threats on the phone? A+ across the board.
I’m going to go back and rewatch the show but that might have been my favorite episode that wasn’t the pilot or finale.
Could be good, could be more adult-animation junk, but I’ll give it a try based on the cast and Samberg’s Nic Cage voice.
edit: also co-creator Neil Campbell, he's great
