    I don't use it any longer, but You Need A Budget was pretty great while I used it. Haven't checked but I would suspect they have an Android app too, and there's also the web UI.

    We've been using YNAB for probably 10+ years now and it's been fantastic. (we're still on the super-old offline version where you have to manually download bank transaction logs and import them, so I'm not sure how the more online ones compare, but I'd assume the basic workflow/design is the same).

    Check out Mint as well. They're now owned by Intuit (who owns TurboTax) so I don't know how the data selling works out.

    We no longer use it but it helped me track expenses and budgets for a few years.

    Another vote for YNAB, and their web UI works great, supports most banks.
