1. The Defendant, DONALD J. TRUMP, was the forty-fifth President of the United States and a candidate for re-election in 2020. The Defendant lost the 2020 presidential election.
2. Despite having lost, the Defendant was determined to remain in power. [...]

    I'd say his crime counter will hit a buffer overload and shut him down but it probably already happened and just messed up his speech programming.

    Because this fraud case is crazy and I read things like ivanka may testify against her family it’s hilarious to me that I could see the need for two trump trial threads. One for civil one for criminal

    I believe he has two civil (NY Real Estate Fraud and Stormy Daniels Hush Money), and three criminal (Federal Election Interference, Georgia Election interference, Mar-A-Lago Classified Documents)

    The E. Jean Carroll stuff I think it done for now, until Trump opens his trap again.

    He has been found guilty in both Civil Trials. The Criminal Trials are calendared, but might be delayed and are going to last awhile by the nature of the circus.

    New York is just determining damages, and it's a Bench Trial because he didn't ask for the jury he wanted.

    Stormy Daniels was a civil case, there's no "guilty" "not guilty", it's "liable" or "not liable"

    Different case; The one you're referring to was for whether or not he's liable for libel. The case I'm referring to is whether or not his hush money payment (paid for by Cohen) qualifies as a unreported campaign contribution, given it was done specifically to help Trump's campaign.

    I would say it's amazing how much the embodiment of each deadly sin managed to get that much sway over Evangelicals, except I know too many evangelicals to be amazed by it. Just saddened.

    That actually makes sense. "Is God's will that the religious right has power over the Legislative Branch, Trump is just the tool God chose for it". In other words, if you think that God wants you to have the power to send women back to the kitchen, the "how" doesn't matter.

    The religious right won a lot under Trump, their support wasn't free, but they are in until the bitter end.

    If it were translated today I'd say it's a screw up but that translation was done 15 years ago so it's just random coincidence.
