    About five minutes up the road, short term lease and hopefully find a better more permanent spot early next year. This place has been mostly fine but the add-on fees and utility on top of base rent keep going up every month at a bizarro pace. 2bd/2ba with a base rent of $2550 after our last renewal now totaled at $3000 this month.

    I think there's a known remote code execution exploit for quicktime player from after it was end-of-lifed, which might be why
