ok yeah that video addresses pretty much everything and is wildly categorical takedown of all of the allegations
1) they fully admit to fucking up with regards to the money not being donated and give a "there's some reasoning why but overall it was a fuck up" explanation
2) all of the money is accounted for and nothing has been embezzled
3) documents which other youtubers said implied fraud have actually already been audited by the IRS and are totally inline with federal regulations
4) the accusations made a big deal out of several points which don't actually apply to the foundation as its a public charity
5) accusatory videos made a big deal about how their tax returns weren't signed and how this is illegal except its not a legal requirement if you e-file as its done through electronic signature
6) all of the money from the golf events is accounted for and the fluctuating amounts are explained by delays caused by covid
basically a lot of "we fucked up but didn't do anything illegal" and it seems like some youtubers SHOCK HORROR went off talking about things they're actually not knowledgable about at all and are going to be getting hella sued very shortly
