Wi-Fi Dongle not working (SOLVED!)

I've tried it on two computers now, but I still can't connect my DS to it. Specifically, I am trying to connect to Wi-Fi with Pokemon Diamond. On my PC I get a message saying that the wireless network connection has limited to no connectivity (I get this on both PCs). The internet on my computer works fine and I have all firewalls turned off. I have WEP disabled on the WiFi dongle.
When I try to connect I get
Error Code:52002
Unable to obptain an IP address
The access point shows up as having 3 green bars during the connection test though. This is really frustrating me (this thing is supposed to be easy to set up!), does anyone know what's wrong?
