Any way to make pronouns visible with private profiles?

I apologize for making this thread as it’s not actually a bug and I know everything is kinda on fire right now so not exactly urgent either.
But when someone sets their profile to private, it makes their pronouns private as well. It doesn’t affect me personally as I don’t have my pronouns listed and my profile is public, but there have been a few times where I check someone to see if they have preferred pronouns and I’m not able to (in which case I default to “they”)
But I know some people use the pronoun bit in their profile but keep their profiles private otherwise
Anyway, not a big deal, and sorry to bother anyone with this, it just seems like maybe there’s a way to fix that?
