Pandemics, wars, uprisings, gorilla shootings... Time has lost all meaning, we don't know when, where or who we are. The only remedy is Webcomics!
What are some good webcomics you like to read? So far I've enjoyed:
Cucumber Quest is a story of a boy who gets to save the world! Golly Gee!
Poppy O'Possum is about a super strong non-magic mom in a world of very magic racists. Unfortunately they are racist about possums.
Necropolis is about a girl who sells EVERYTHING for one sword. Let's hope it's a good one!
Hannah is not a Boy's Name is an urban fantasy webcomic about normal guys who are also zombies, vampires and, worst of all, inept detectives.
Prague Race, or Hey, did you know there's a world of magical creatures hidden just around the corner? Better not touch any of their magical stuff. Oops, too late, you're gonna die now.
In
Blindsprings, a princess must tend to a forest. OR ELSE!
In
Derelict, the world is over but Dang Thu Mai still can't catch a break.
What would you do if you were invincible but had the mind of a teenager? Become a
Strong Female Protagonist, that's what!
There are no ghosts in
Broodhollow, right? Right?
Platinum Grit has genius boys, unhinged female friends and supernatural mysteries. Kinda seems like the author's style would be better suited for porny humor comics though.
And there's also
Questionable Content, I guess. I think it's fairly new? We'll see how it goes.
I started re-reading some of these while making this OP... *it hurt itself in its confusion*

Honestly this one is probably for the best. As it went on it seemed really all over the place and I had no idea what it was trying to build toward. And then I found out the author was pretty much winging it and everything made sense. Also most of the cast were assholes with little to no redeeming qualities.
As for still running comics, Girl Genius is jumping off the stabilized path.
I'll expand the OP today.
I'd consider them as still being lost, but I don't have anything good to say about fundie Christians.
yeah, I feel bad for them... apparently they'd just started to grapple with some of their social-anxiety issues when the real pandemic came along, and (as happens all too often) they fell in with a cult who offered (very conditional) support and community to someone needy and vulnerable.
