Probably the guy who raised the Monarch would be my guess
Cheated on his wife, stole nuclear material, maybe caused the Movie Night Massacre (all of this is directly Jonas's fault of course), and that's what we know of him- the Blue Morpho was supposed to be an antihero before Team Venture ever even met him
Plus the whole...Billie Jean King/Dr. Z thing. Pretty sure good guys don't do that
Out of the good guys, yeah it's pretty hard to argue against Dr Orpheus and the Triumvirate as the most solidly decent people on the show
Billy and Pete are on the good side of the line but a little too willing to dip their toes in the questionable, even if they're not full-on Venture grade
Jefferson Twilight is a good friend who always tries his best even when he's in over his head.
And his little running joke about how everyone in the world is made really uncomfortable by the fact that he only hunts "Blaculas," but that nobody feels they have ANY of the language/tools to unpack that in conversation with a black man, is so goddamn funny. The bit's almost twenty years old now and it still seems like you could slot it almost effortlessly into What We Do In the Shadows or something, such a perfect blend of complicated mythology and deeply human anxiety.
Groovy, obviously. He is a divine creature who only wishes to carry out the will of the Master

I was going to say Jonas Jr because he really buys into the entire "good guy" ethos (even as he rejects the Protagonist mythos) right up until the end, sacrificing himself nobly to save his family and friends and even some strangers.
But then I remembered he's basically also Tim Cook on the side and was a billionaire at the time of his death.
Jonas Jr. correctly intuits that he's smarter than his brother and his circle, and then that ego gets to him almost immediately and he buys into his own hype and becomes rather mean.
I didn't think about it at the time but it is incredibly funny how quickly Wide Wale goes from being one of the most intimidating villains in the Venture Bros universe to a screw-up little brother in like the blink of an eye.

It's definitely Triana because she got out of there

She didn't get out of there so much as join a different TV show that we don't get to see. (She's basically doing the Harry Potter wizard academy thing)

Charmed, maybe Sabrina the Teenage Witch (the new one)?
Triana definitely has sacrificed at least a couple bright eyed virgins while drenched in their blood to seal a portal to Hell while telling her dad she was "vacationing in Paris" or something by now

There have been some very good responses and candidates, but I am still very much in the Triana camp.
She is not implicit in any schemes, goes on a a date with Hank and Dean (which is incredibly generous), but she also is not a contributor to any negative shit overall.
Hank is right out because he participates in capitalism.

There are worse things, I guess.
Maybe Li-Li the Panda, though they were trained to put people in a bag.
Max has it now
But then I remembered he's basically also Tim Cook on the side and was a billionaire at the time of his death.
Also he was shown to be a thoughtless jerk during the museum opening, harranging and mistreating those around him.
I often wondered if he meant the same being as Orpheus' Master.

Maybe there’s a case to be made for Dean as he continues to grow up.
The Master
Who is probably Satan
Oh hey there it is, neat, much appreciated.
