Ouch to the testicle

Alright, so I jumped from a fairly small height but when I hit I felt this sharp pain in my right testicle. Now it's been about 45 minutes/an hour and the veins or lymph nodes or whatever is behind the right testicle leading up from the scrotum feels kind of inflamed. Has anyone else had this happen? Did I just pull something that will more than likely feel better in the morning or do I need to see a doctor tomorrow?
To be honest, it's not really feeling all that bad now except when I get up and walk and...well while walking and I extend my right leg and they kind of touch.
I dunno this sounds more like a bruise than anything. How bad is the pain?
Honestly, pretty much nonexistent. It only kind of hurts when I extend my right leg and kind of hits the right area of the scrotum. I just urinated and there was no blood, so I'm thinking this isn't so much a serious injury as it is just a bruise or minor inflammation that will be gone by morning.
Yeah you are probably just bruised man. If the pain isn't gone after tomorrow or so, or it starts getting really bad, then go see a doctor. Otherwise just give your body time to heal and stop breaking falls with your crotch

One of the symptoms of the Vericocile (dilated veins in the spermatic chord) was tenderness.
They tend to become inflamed and can be very painful, since you're noticing swelling it would probably be a good idea to head to the doctor to get it checked out.
Worst case Scenario it can be a torsion, but that's highly unlikely as you would be in an amount of pain to the point where posting would be impossible.
I just had surgery done for a vericocile... isn't so bad.
Go get it checked out, urgent care most likely if the swelling hasn't gone down in a few days, and if it gets worse when you lift.
A vericocile can lead to the testicle overheating and essentially dying. But that is over a long term.
PM me if you have any questions about it... I am not very articulate tonight.
