lizards have won me the most games in MTG Arena, and Im in the process of putting together a lizard commander deck using Gev, but yeah I feel like otter decks only work if you get the rare otters, and one of the best otter cards is behind the Starter Kit

I am having people over to play Unfair tonight. It's a pretty great 'card' game where you build a theme park. The game is made by combining four decks (Each deck has a theme, like Ninjas or Dinosaurs or Aliens or Gangsters or Robots) to form the game deck. The decks are a mix of theme park rides, attractions like theaters or restaurants or various things at theme parks that aren't rides (The base game has six themes, and I have an expansion that added four more) and you buy cards from a market to build out your theme park and whoever has the best one at the end wins. When I suggested it yesterday, I realized I hadn't played it in QUITE some time, so I googled to find out if there's any more expansions and there is! A new one was released a year or two ago with the Comic Books, Hackers, Kaiju and Ocean themes, so I ordered it today. Gonna have to figure out how I'm going to store it all, though, The base game box fit the first expansion in it nicely, but it's pretty full now.

EDIT: I should say the game is called Unfair because it's a play on "Funfair" (Which they've now also made a much less confrontational version of the game called Funfair - in Unfair you can really mess with the other players)

So my daughter might be allergic to figs, because she ate some and then later said her tongue and throat itched. Back of tongue was all bumpy.

So we took her to the ER last night, which they said was a good idea and not overreacting. They gave her some prednisone and said have her follow up with the primary and get an allergy test.

i also put together an iridescent vinelasher + aftermath analyst combo deck as well since i could kind of bash one together without having to spend a bunch of wildcards but yeah it's bad

i think for the otters deck my issue was i focused on the wrong stuff. i tried to play it as if it's a fast / aggressive deck but everything is way too slow compared to where actual aggro decks are (e.g: otterball antics vs monastery swiftspear). it's probably better suited for slower play but then it's r/u so my removal sucks so how do i stop myself from getting run over by mice or literally any green creature + that means i need rares and mythics like ral or w/e and lmao

Okay, the skimmed down version was Tanya arrived at the hotel an emotional wreck. She was a toxic mess and a drunk before her mother died and now she's in crisis. It's true she unhealthily and rudely latches onto the masseuse Belinda and proposes they go into business together opening a 'well-being clinic' project. Belinda is serious about moving up and talks the idea over with her son over the phone, and he jokes Belinda should do whatever it takes to secure that payday. After that point, Belinda becomes like a Yes Man, biting her tongue several times to stay in Tanya's good graces. Tanya is manipulating Belinda to stick around with a promise of riches, Belinda is taking advantage of Tanya's loneliness with feigned friendship and false encouragement.

White Lotus show is a show about a paradise resort setting where everyone is using everyone and everyone suffers. Yes, Kai's going to prison for theft and assault, Belinda isn't getting funding for her dreams, and the hotel manager Armond is dead. Don't forget Paula and Olivia's lifelong friendship is ruined and Shane gets dumped by his wife on Day 3 of their marriage with no mention of marriage counseling. Focusing only on instances of the rich exploiting the staff misses half the show's message.
