I liked Alien 3 , not the best out of the first 3 but it’s not terrible. Resurrection on the other hand is pure shlock, which also doesn’t make it a bad movie just bad in comparison to the previous 3

I liked Alien 3 as a movie, but not as a sequel. For that, I vastly prefer the Alien 3 radio drama, well-produced with good voice acting and engaging sound effects, adapted from William Gibson's screenplay.
Everytime i see mentioned that Alien came out in 1979 i think "that is not tru, Alien can't be that old, nothing came out before the 80s".
Also everytime i hear about Alien Resureccion it take me a second to think "Wait, which one is that, i thought the third movie was just called Alien³...oh, yeah, that one."
That's not even a diss to the quality of the movie (though i do think it's not a very good Alien sequel) i just inexplicably always forget it exist until i deliberately think about it.
I agree on this. Not a bad movie at all, but the fact that they kill off the supporting cast from the previous one off-screen is just too much of a kick in the balls.

Unpopular opinion time, I like Alien 3 (Assembly Cut) more than Aliens. I'm just more of a horror guy than an action guy.
