@Tef took the initiative to get things started, and I volunteered to collect because I was geographically convenient. You should get the card sometime midweek.

I'm sure I speak for plenty of folks when I say that you're one of my favorite people on this little corner of the internet, and I was heartbroken to hear what happened. I hope that this makes life a little easier, however it may.

minor incident

As prickly and cynical as I can tend to be, I really love the times when folks here come together to give someone a much needed boost after a rough time. Really gives me hope for that platonic ideal of a tightknit online community working properly.
