Actually, my first thread had reached 3 pages of people reminiscing about all the old members and whatnot who no longer post.

Threads here NEVER stay on topic, so locking a thread when the OP topic was lost after the fourth post is pointless. You are just causing a lack of place to post the current thing, thus either creating a new thread in it's place or further derailing of a different thread.

Obviously I've been away for a long time, so it's not like I can just jump right in and follow along well with everything. I just don't see the reason for my thread being locked as it was a decent place for me to ask my questions, etc, rather than posting in "What are you thinking" or "CATALOCALYPSE LOL", etc. I figured I'd make a thread in which I would not disturb others, and if you don't want to read what I have to say, don't click the thread.

I figured I was doing a favour, but whatever.
