I searched for an appropriate thread for this question and didn't see one, so here goes:
Does anyone know if it is possible for multiple users to play a full arcade game that only one user has purchased? My girlfriend bought Castlevania a while ago and I want to play it (on the same Xbox) with my gamertag, but whenever I start the game it seems to just be the trial version.

Any thoughts?
I don't think that you'll be able to enjoy your girlfriend's game. It seems that the downloadable titles aren't tied (license-wise) to your actual 360, but instead to the gamertag (the account). I do not deny that this kinda sucks.
A game is licensed to the console it was first purchased on, and to the tag that bought it. Any tag on the same console the game was purchased on should be able to play the game. It sounds like this is not the original console.
has she sent her 36 in for repairs ever? If so that's probably the problem, and she'll have to call Microsoft to have the points refunded and buy the games again.

Ah, goddammit. That explains things. She originally bought it on a friends xbox.
Motherfuck.
Alright, question answered. Uh...feel free to turn this thread into a general XBLA technical questions thread, or lock it.
