Read Marcel Proust. Read him very slowly and very deliberately, beginning with "Swann's Way." Then, make every action slow and deliberate. Breath deeply, sleep late.

Meet your friends as much as possible and, if you can, make new friends and meet with them as much as possible.

Try to get some of your writing published ( I can help you edit a piece if you'd like, or suggest a place or two to send it. PM me.)

TheLong has it right, hang out with friends as much as you can and meet as many new people as you can and do your best to keep in touch with them all on a fairly regular basis. Just the other day my friends and I were talking about how so much of what we've done is based on our friends recommendations and connections made through them. (jobs, relationships, etc)

Get a job, just enough hours in the week to get some spending cash if you need it. If you really want that job with the paper show up on their door step and ask. I would have taken that job you talked about if I were in your position due to the pay, but if you dislike it a lot don't do it.

Get outside and exercise! Softball, dodge ball, soccer co-ed leagues. I suck at all of the above but they are still fun as hell.

Yeah, as for exersize, me and my freinds play frisbee a lot. In fact, almost every single time we hangout we play. It's a lot of fun and its more active than you'd think.

I'll check out Proust. Right now I have a big stack of books I have to read but a few more won't hurt. I'll call the paper tomorow, or maybe I'll just go there? I don't know, I'll ask my freinds mom, she knows the editor I think.

Thanks for the advice. Long, I'll PM you.
