Online Music

What is the best way to distribute music online, that you and your friends have made? I'm not looking to make any money out of it and myspace isn't particularly great, because of the sheer amount of music on it, both good and bad.

Any suggestions?

Purevolume isn't bad for a flash based interface.

If you want to potentially make some money (although I know you said that you didn't), try TuneCore if not just for the convenience.

They'll distribute your music on Napster, iTunes, Rhapsody, ZUNE, Urge, and emusic for .99 a song. You keep all the royalties. I haven't tried it, but I'm going to for shits and giggles in a few months.

CDBaby will also distribute it online at the usual places, as well as physical CDs.
