23" LCD shopping quandaries

I am currently in the market for a 23" LCD HDTV, ive been looking at Samsung's LN-T2342H and LN-T2353H
but are there any TVs that are reasonably priced and are good for gaming related tasks (IE refresh/contrast ratio) that can fit the 23" form factor, basically that is the only restriction I have save not too pricey

    Any reason you want such a specific size? Is it for a dorm room or something? Since most dorms don't have cable TV hookup, you might as well just get a pc monitor with video-ins, though you'd probably want a specific resolution? What you linked isn't that good, especially considering the 160 degree viewing angle.

    BenQ and Dell 24" monitors

    the W with firmware upgrade/ WZ on the former, the 2407 rev A04 / 2407-HC on the latter
