Currently i am eating a piece of honeycomb. Like, a beehive in my mouth, but no bees are invited.

It is so delicious.

    So, I read that wasps and dogs are the only two species that can be totally removed from the eco-system without causing any impact.
    Is that true?

    It's just that any animal that's a part of an ecosystem affects everything else in that ecosystem directly or indirectly, because according to ecological theory, that's just the way things work.

    No animal is an island, as it were. But a group of animals on an island can be isolated from animals on other islands, as Darwin observed in the Galapagos.
