I woke up today and said fuck you work. So now I need something to occupy my time until I go out tonight. What do you gents do on your days off? Besides touching yourself.

    i first came across the term 'playing hooky' in the subtitles of a korean romance drama and thought it was something they made up
    but then i think it came up again in japanese class

    but just so i couldnt assume it was a weird asian-only english phrase, i noticed it in some rza song that i didnt understand before

    so now im not sure what to think because apparently native japanese and koreans are clarifying brooklyn rap for me

    I did ride a boat to work instead of driving, so that was nice.

    I bought a bunch of comics yesterday, and I have the day off today.

    So I just get to sit around and read.

    I was very tempted to call in to work and see if I could come in late. I couldnt sleep last night because of the heat, also just not tired. But yeah. I'm just going to work as usual like a sucker.
