Hey, I need a cheap place to get some grills to protect speakers from cats. Not cloth, but a metal mesh grill that I can screw down over the speaker.
If anyone can post a Canadian online store that'd be perfect, although I'm willing to order from an American store if it's absolutely the only option. Also if anyone can post a site that carries speakers and so forth as well, because new projects are always fun and right now I don't know where I'd order from if I were to decide to start one.

I would actually hit up a local auto parts store. They will sell cheap grilles to replace the ones that come on the cheap shitty speaker boxes they stock. Luckily for you, quality control doesn't matter as much on the grilles vs. the actual speakers.

That's from the US version of Crutchfield. $8 for the 8", $10 for the 10" or 12", $12 for the 15". You should be able to find smaller to protect the mids and tweeters, if you need to.
