Penny-Arcade on PDA's

Not sure if this should be here, but I remember some time ago Tycho mentioned on the front page that there was some sort of PA page that allows you to view the site on a PDA. Does such a thing still exist, and secondly, is it possible to access this on a mobile (cell) phone with internet access (I've tried the regular URL and it works, but only a small portion of the page is actually viewable).
