I'm looking to upgrade some crap on my computer at the moment, and have a few questions.
Is the core 2 duo worth the price, or should i go with regular processors?
What would be a good video card to pick? I'm looking to be able to run current games well, and hope to be able to use it for the forseeable future.
Trying not to spend TOO much money, but i'll shell out some extra cash if necessary.

Won't let me edit my edit. Fuck.
Anything I should avoid ram or video card -wise? I don't want to buy something cheap and find out it's as dependable as a big sack of asses with a hole in it.
