My cell plan with Verizon is set to end on 7/31/07. If I should choose to end my plan with Verizon and switch my numbers to another provider, when can I do this without paying a penalty fee and without starting a new or month to month contract with Verizon, 7/31 or 8/1? Is the contract over any time on 7/31 or 11:59:59 p.m. on 7/31?
I'm going to Sprint, but I want to be able to do this as smoothly as possibly without getting any early termination fee or the like.
