Camcorder and iMovieHD woes...

Soooo I just got my first camcorder (Canon MD101 UK model) and it shoots in 16:9 however when I import the video into iMovie it autodetects it as 4:3 and imports it as 4:3. If I tell it to start a new project with 16:9DV as the source - it autodetects it as 4:3 and imports it as such.

Any ideas?

    All sorted - was an NTSC/PAL bug in iMovie HD.

    Mods please close.
