PSU/Case/general build questions

The new core 2 quad released, now im ready to finally pick up that new PC, only thing is that i'd like to get exactally what i want, but i dont know exactally what i *need*

what i want is...

Core 2 quad ($375)
Nvidia 8800 GTS 640mb ($380)
4GB RAM 800mhz
Motherboard with SLi (so i can easily upgrade in the future)
power supply that can handle SLi and Quad cores
Case that can hold all of this shit, and still be relativity quite (as possible)

main questions are on the power supply, the motherboard, and the Case. can i get some help finding one of each of those three, i will be ordering in the next month, so these parts likely will have verly little change in that amount of time, so i figured i would start making notes now so its not a hassle later on.

cost is always an issue, but i would be willing to pay $100 for a case that is solid, and would do what i need to do *well*. the more it keeps noise inside the better. i will likely not be overclocking and dont have the know how to do much more than put everything together (which i will actually probably need help doing from a friend)

thanks a lot, im hoping to keep it in the $1400 range, with sales and shopping around i should be able to hit that (and i could always get 2GB of ram now and upgrade to 4 later)

look on newegg for the things you need....look for the items that have been the most reviewed b/c they are generally the most stable.

What monitor are you going to use that stuff with? I recommend the Acer AL2216W
