Now I loved reboot every last bit of it even the really bad episodes. I have no taste so I just wanted to see shiny effects and heroic stuff. Although a lot of the humor was lame I still enjoyed it. None of these concepts really do it for me which is encouraging since I have such bad taste maybe what I don't like will prove to be a financial succees.

I really don't care for any of the teams designs. I'd really like to have the original style back, though obviously with an updated edge to it.

The last bit I saw was a movie I purchased that had some kind of cult leader program (female) I don't remember her name. Reboot was awesome IMO and the gap betwean series was the only reason I couldn't follow it. That black virus that combines Hex and Megabite into Gigabite was the end of one season and then the next season never came. I heard it was playing in canada but never got to see it again.
And ... why bring in The User? Why bridge the gap and bring in humans? Half the fun of the User was that it seemingly omnipotent (from the perspective of the characters) it was also nameless and faceless.

Hey I know, let's make Dot an anime school girl, turn Enzo in to Robin ala Teen Titans in Harry Potter garb, and turn Bob into a cross between Hellboy and Lobo!

The whole point of Bob is that he's got an innocent personality but a vital duty. He's like Spider-Man or Speedball, not Batman or Wolverine. It's what makes his earnestness when in battle so meaningful; he has no battle lust.
Dot? She's like the ultimate modern woman with a touch of neurotic behavior that Bob's carefree recklessness works against so perfectly. She's intelligent, daring, powerful, and influential, but is also a wonderful friend/mother/sister type, but needs to learn how to relax.
Enzo? He's the innocent that Bob wishes he could be, and wants to be a badass like Bob has to be.
That's pretty much CORE to the whole thing.
Beyond that, you just need to restructure the jokes to be more net-oriented. Perhaps Mainframe gets integrated in to a Server or something, and they have to deal with spam and youtube and MMOs instead of the old school stuff.
Physical updates? Geeze, they were the first CGI cartoon, you can easily just seriously upgrade the quality of the graphics and it'll look like a whole new thing. It'd be like Advent Children was for FF7.
Bleh.
I don't have nearly enough computer culture in my background to pull off that aspect of the show, and my sense of humor is really really bad.
