Epsom Salt Bath

Ok so I've been told by my doctor to soak in a bath with epsom salt to relaxed some of the muscles that are causing me pain. However, I forgot to pay attention when he was telling me how much of the salt to put into the bath. The container that I bought says to empty the entire carton into the bath (450g) but that seems a bit excessive to me. Does anyone know how much I'm supposed to put?

ps I can't get in touch with my doctor, he's like on an extended lunch or something.

Do the entire container. It won't hurt you.

Nah, you only need about a third of the container for a decent bath.

I dare say its not a problem if it doesn't sit in the pipes for long. Unless you're washing once a week, it should get flushed through pretty quick.
