Install XP from BartPE Environment?

It's a very long story, but I can boot my computer into a BartPE Windows XP-ish environment via USB key. Once there, I can see the entire hard drive, but no disk drive. I have no experience with BartPE; how do I install Windows XP from here? I can't see the disk drive so I can't do it like that, and the copy of the CD I have on the hard drive goes through the pre-install process but then kicks me back to the main screen.
