Looking for Wireless Headphones

Tired of having to turn down my gaming activities late at night, and doubly tired of replacing cruddy headphones for my PC, I'm looking into buying a pair of wireless headphones. I'm not looking for anything super fancy (i.e. expensive), but I'm looking for a good quality brand too. Basically my requirements are:

1. Good Range
2. No interference from other equipment
3. works with both TV and PC
4. price range from $60-$80
5. Rechargeable batteries (optional)

Someone showed me this pair, selling for $60.

It all sounds good, except that I can't determine if it'll work for both TV and PC.

But I also found these headphones from the same brand, which has earphones that close around the ear.

Not sure if it's worth the extra price just for that.

And finally, I found this:

My job has an employee discount with Toshiba, so I can get it for cheaper than this. But again, I require compatibility for both my TV and PC.

Any of these recommended? Have something better in mind? Please let me know.
