Didn't receive my ticket

Since pre-registering for PAX several months ago, I have yet to receive an admission ticket.

My friends, who are also going, have received theirs.

However, now that I have moved and switched addresses, I am worried that I will never get my ticket.

Where should I go about fixing this issue?

Did you change your address in the pax registration page? if not then it probably went there.

Any news on when the Euro badges are being sent out? While they'll probably take a bit longer to arrive, it'll at least give us an idea of when we should expect them to arrive.

Multiple passes are mailed separately.

who the fuck said I was asking you? I'm just seeing if anyone, that is, anyone who would know (that obviously excludes you), knew when the next batch of badges would be shipped.

Another shipment of badges should be going out relatively soon, though I can not guarantee the exact date that they will be shipped.

NOBODY knows when you are getting your badge. They may know when it gets mailed, but the mail takes different times to get places. Just be patient.

i wasn't asking when i'd get my badge exactly, just if anybody had a rough idea of when i might receive them if i ordered them about 2 weeks ago. i guess casual speak is too much for some people.

News flash! It doesn't apply to anyone, because nobody knows the answer! Again, if you want to know when badges ship, ask when badges ship. If you want to know when you'll get yours, throw darts at a fucking calendar. You didn't even say where you live, so it's not like anyone can give you a reliable estimate. You know stuff takes time to get places, right? And the farther away places are, the longer stuff takes to get there? It's complicated, I know. Ask your parents about it next time you emerge from your basement.

Guek: we're stuffing the last of the envelopes tomorrow (I guess today, Sunday) and mailing them out on Monday. We live in Seattle. You can probably extrapolate some sort of time frame from that.

They were sent out a while ago (with the anticipation that they would take longer), I would expect yours this week. If you don't receive it by the time you fly out, shoot me an e-mail (amberf@penny-arcade.com) and we'll make arrangements to ensure you're taken care of when you arrive.

I have only received one of two tickets, and nothing mentioning my BYOC information. I purchased 1 three day ticket.. yeah... Nice badge!... 1 single day ticket, have no idea where that is, and the BYOC for my 3 day pass.
Any info would really help my heart go back to beating from vibrating. Thanks all.
