I've stopped with that magic thing where you have a chance to gain more stats. I lose every time. D:

I tried this one out and enjoy it. It plays like a cross between Diablo 2 and Golden Axe. Its a fast paced brawler with leveling, skills, and loot. Controls suck but with a game pad are not too bad (mouse move would help). some complain about lag, but I don't get any myself. Its a nice change of pace from roll-to-hit rpg, and the price is right. I am even starting to like the saccharine cutesy Korean anime style:shock:

I was really surprised with this one. It's a lot more fun than I thought it would be, considering how all the other korean mmo's I've tried are.

So, the new patch adds in a dungeon in which you receive a special set of armour to fight in. This armour looks fantastic and has incredibly good stats (every item has a +27 damage modifier, you get an item for every slot you have, so you end up with something like +400 damage). Then you're set loose in an arena in which you face enemies and bosses. Defeating them you earn coins and with these coins you can win certain boxes.

Has anyone heard anything about what might be in these boxes?

I also bought a cash item with the 500 free credits I got, my healer is now wearing a kilt. A kilt that does not show your panties every time you win a stage (other healers will understand me, I hope).

All in all: pretty awesome patch.

I'm doing that Ghost hunter forest stage for that pig hat but for the love of god I just can't get that drop. Once I've done that I'm out, never going to lay foot in that place again, I want EXP dammit! As for the boxes you get when you enough silvers to trade in for gold, I got 10 catalysts from it. Pretty unspectacular yeah, supposedly you can get the cash shop angel set (the armour that you get to use in that stage), of course without those amazing stats, it's just for show like other cash shop items.

I'm dying to try out these 8 player raid stages they've got now, should be rocking fun with 8 players at once.

Dissapointed we lost our Lunia necklaces, I mean what's the point of giving them to us open beta players when you're just going to take them away but yeah I guess the free 500 points to use at cash shop is good especially when the (fashion item) boxes are only 50 and 100 points each so you can buy a few.

Anyway level 40 knight up to Legend 3-2, sorry I left the guild and joined another one. Sadly the guild was unactive.

So I finally got my healer past episode's 2 endboss, with many thanks to a warrior with a clue. After that I met the nicest bunch of wizards bitching at me for not healing them well enough. Maybe it would help if they had killed the larvae surrounding me and if they'd stop running around so my heals didn't reach them.

    I alt-f4'd and called it a day.

People are ridiculously terrible at letting themselves be healed.

"I have no health? I guess I'll head off into battle on the opposite side of the map from you."

"Oh, I've finally decided maybe I should look for the healer? I'll drag five guys and a boss along with me and not bother to keep them from attacking."

"Oh yeah, I'll also run away after the first motion of the spell because I'm a fucking retard."

    "Lrn2heal"

I like that heal that chases after them, it's 2 bright purple bulbs of light moving towards their targets, healing for 144 total, which is pretty decent.

What do most players do? Sprint away. D:

    rrrraaah

I am pretty good at dodging whatever comes my way, so I end up being the last person standing most of the time, having whoever was playing with me either yelling at me or cheering at me. :P

I end up having to solo the last half of the 3-10 boss fight pretty much every time I try playing the stage. He doesn't even have that difficult a pattern. I wonder if people are just trying to piss me off.

I'm still at 3-2, I don't have enough freetime to properly level my healer.

she does have decent gear for her level, though. I was bored and solo'd the same level enough times to get all the decent rewards. :)

I played during a brief slump in WoW, but the romance didn't last. Was pretty fun for awhile, but just didn't keep me engaged.

Pretty typical for an Asian MMO, really. :P

Are you sure? Beta closed and you have to jump through hoops to get your characters moved over. I probably would've picked it up again, for the thief class, but I couldn't really be bothered to look up my password...

12ft Tall said they would. :? I haven't really checked it out. :P Between University work, FF8, Warhammer beta and Perfect World I can't really be arsed to see for myself.

I have it installed and I've played some. But it's not a "primary game" for me by any means, just something to pass the time when I'm bored of other things.

During beta it was pretty easy to burn out on this, especially later on, when others depended on your actions.

what I mean is: everyone was running around like a bunch of retards on speed so my heals did not reach them and when they died they kept on whining against me. Then again, everyone was acting weird around my female healer anyway. I got a lot of free stuff from guys, but a lot of them also had the idea that I was incompetent.

Then I went on and killed everything solo without taking any damage. 8) Princess Power!

They just added game pad support. I tried it out and it works pretty well with a ps2 type controller. This game just got 2x better for me, the keyboard control was my main complaint before.

How does double-tapping work out? I only recently found out that if you push x+arrow key you're sprinting as well. That was nice to find out.

Ok, so I hadn't logged in in over a month, so I figured I'd give it a shot again, the patch is interesting, you're getting a lot more feedback on how well you're doing, there's a little metre on the bottom right giving you a rough estimate of your score. The real fun is when you finished a level and you get all sorts of information on how you did.

Also good is that you don't have to slam another box to pieces to collect a reward, now it's fully automated. You even get to choose between a "steady" (ie: some potions) or an "unsteady" (ie: n% chance for awesome) reward. I did 3:6 History solo today and that went surprisingly well, it took me ages to kick the Orc Chicken Leader down (really, giant chicken leg falling from the sky?) but he didn't hurt my healer either.

The game has turned more and more focus on the cash shop, though. There's a new quest where you have to collect letters for a random cash shop item, you can get 7 of the items by playing normal levels, but one item you can only get through fishing. You can only fish when you buy bait and pole from the cash shop. If you hadn't bother getting your 3-day pole and bait from a previous update then now is a good time to do so and collect some of those letters. It will result in $texas.

Anyway, the game itself is still very nice, but the increased focus on the cash shop is making me iffy, I just hope non-paying members can also experience some of the content paying members have easy access to.

Oh and the Slime Warrior looks ridiculous.

If you got it through fishing? If so: yes.

And I would like to trade a few of 'em , yessir.
