one of fifty pieces for a wind waker themed board game a friend and i are making
and
the bit i am doing for our little "this is our game" pamphlet
need to mess around with it still :S
no idea how to keep colours vivid but absorb the texture of the paper
(again, a la wind waker)
suggestions?
(also ignore the crappy line around it.. too lazy to fix it right now haha)
and can i just say something?
it is difficult as hell to do choppy lines
when you've trained yourself to do smooth ones
felt so wrong
I do not know what is sexier Mully, your art or your personality. Keep up the good work!
Wow, that's... um...
That's kinda creepy.
Edit: Also the Arsenic bra is a nice touch.

I'm not an artist by any stretch of the imagination, so I can't offer you technique advice, but as soon as I saw that Assassin's Creed fanart, it seemed...I dunno..off to me.
The crouch looks like a readiness crouch, as if he's preparing to attack. It's way too obvious a stance for the environment. What I mean is, the man is a ghost - he's supposed to not be noticed. So the only time he's going to crouch like that is when being noticed no longer matters. So the background doesn't really seem to fit. It looks like no one is seeing that there is a guy in a cloak crouching like he's about to attack.
Perhaps there needs to be something going on in the background to show that his cover is already blown or something. I dunno. That's just the way it seemed to me.
