I posted this in the H&A forum then I realized this may be more of a better spectrum of knowledge.

Anyone know what comic book is credited with having produced the first 'splash' page?

title is fine.

the whole intermogoogletron doesn't seem to have an answer.

if need be, I'll delete my H&A post.
