Digital painting and crap (please critique)

I haven't posted here in ages, mostly because I've been busy with work. However, since my work is slightly art related, I'll post some of it. Don't worry, no copyrights are being violated. First some random digital painting:

I know it's a lot, but if you have any critiques and comments, I'd love to hear em. Granted, many are already finished and I won't "change" but it's still nice to hear any suggestions for future projects.

    I don't have time to go into all the websites right now...and I don't know much about web design anyway, so I probably won't comment on those. As for the digital paintings, I like the first one (though I'm not sure I'm crazy about the pea-soup green color for the sky). The second one isn't bad, but some of the proportions on the figure are off (legs seem a little too short...or the torso is too long...or maybe a little of both), and the anatomy needs some work (the hands especially look a little messed up). I like the coloring though.

    Eh... the pea soup color sky was supposed to be "pre-tornado" weather sky
