Moving Wallpapers

Alright, now before i start, this may or may not be real. But a while back, I remember hearing about a program that controlled your wallpaper. Now this program would super slowly change your wallpaper into something else. For example, you could start with a man on one side of the screen at the beginning of the day, but by the end of the day, hes walked across the screen.

Anyone know of a program that does this? And if not, how this could be accomplished?

I had one of those on my computer about a year ago...it was a moving nature scene with waterfalls and floating leaves. It came from freeze.com. But I don't recommend it. It swallowed system resources.
