PAX Additional Guests Packages?

Hey,
I ordered my PAX package a long time ago and like it said, I got it in the mail last week. However, shortly after I ordered my ticket, two of my friends also wanted me to get theirs. So I added them onto my registration as additional PAX guests and paid for their packages...but they still have not arrived with PAX less than a week away. I am curious if I will simply pick up their tickets somewhere at PAX this year or if the tickets are coming at the last minute. Thanks in advance.
