Can We Buy Extra Passes on Friday?

Sorry if this was answered elsewhere, I tried several combinations of search terms and didn't see this question.

Can we buy extra 3-day passes at the door on Friday? I've got a few friends coming up Saturday morning and I'd love to take care of their buying their passes since my friend and I are gonna be waiting in line anyway on Friday.

Thanks for your help!

    Yes you can buy passes.

    There will be a seperate line for those who dont have passes where you can buy them.

    Sorry if I wasn't clear, I meant _extra_ passes in addition to any the immediate group requires. For people that aren't there yet. And won't be till the next day...

    3day and single day passes are sold at pax itself.

    Registration for pax pass sales open 2h before the show does.

    so... just show up at registration whenever to buy passes if the rest of your crew are coming the next day. You can wait until the line dies down to do so if you dont want to brave the line.

    I'm still not sure anyone answered his question and I have the same question. Can I buy tickets on friday for someone else attending on Saturday?

    I did in my previous post.
    You can buy passes for any day when registration is open.

    I think they specifically mean can you register your friend so you can get their badge for them.

    I'm pretty sure the answer is yes since I did that via the web for pre-registration. I got my badge and my friend's badge. I don't know for certain if they'll be checking ID and won't allow you to get a badge for someone other than yourself.

    If your friends are coming later though, they should be able to register very quickly as there won't really be a line.

    Now I'm also pretty certain you won't be able to get them swag/concert wristbands without them physically being there.

    They were talking about buying extra passes, not picking up a pre-reg badge at will-call so... Yes they can buy passes.

    Sorry, I'm just used to other cons where they want your info. PAX doesn't seem to care, which is nice.

    If I want to queue up early and get a pass as soon as they're on sale, how early would I need to queue up? :P

    I thought passes were being sold 2 hours before the doors open on friday. I would imagine there would be a line for that. I will be there early friday and saturday for concert armbands. Not to buy mind you but to be in line-- wanting to be one of the first thousand people to get in.
