I know they are not much, but I am trying to get better! I know you guys always have good suggestions.

please don't be mean, though, or I will get punchy and defensive and make a fool of myself, and then lie awake at night.

    The head/nose/face of the turtle looks flat. Probably due to light. I'm not exactly sure what to do, but try working around with shades and highlights.. You know, make it look rounder.

    I'm sure someone with actual skills can refraze that, so it'll be helpful.

    I really like the turtle picture. Youve really captured the harshness of the snow with the meaness of the soviet turtle.

    I dont like the egyptian woman much but mostly because she's not wearing a top. The styles of the foreground and the background dont really mesh well together either as it looks like they were done as two seperate pictures and then glued together.

    Otherwise great work!

    The top thing was because it was drawn for a thread at the behest of the poster, I know what you mean :P

    I'll work on the background thing--it was sort of intentional but sort of not. D:
