Oblivion/Shivering Isles/Knights of the Nine question

So, I'm going to finally buy Shivering Isles today and I figure I'll start over and delete my 85-hour character since it's been so long and I don't know where I am in the story anymore.

I previously bought a bunch of the cheapo packs, like Horse Armor and Mehrune's Razor. Should I delete these before buying Knights of the Nine? KotN includes all these, right?

Also, I heard about some kind of inventory bug or something - anything I need to worry about?

I dunno about any inventory bugs. Anyway, if your deleting your old character there's no real reason to delete or not delete them.

Knights of the Nine does include all of those but they're all in separate installs so you don't need to uninstall them if you have them already. As for the inventory bug, it has been patched so make sure as soon as you install Shivering Isles you patch it, otherwise you can fuck your game without even knowing it until later.

But no, you don't need to delete anything, just choose not to reinstall them.

KotN RETAIL DVD includes all those other little DLCs.

The KoTN downloadable version does not.

Inventory bug has been patched. Get the SI patch (not the Oblivion patch) from Bethesda's webpage after you've installed SI.

I've got oblivion on PS3, and the Knights of the Nine storyline really didn't seem big enough or important enough to me.

Well, Knights of the Nine wasn't really an expansion, it was just a slightly bigger mod pack.

Sorry, I mean I have the X360 version. Should have specified that.

Are you sure it doesn't include all the previous expansions? I thought it did...

Oh sorry, I have no idea. I was only talking about the PC version. I, too, should have specified :P.
