I know it's a major nitpick, but maybe the model should be posed in a mid-jumping jack and not standing still? I like it so far otherwise, nifty legs :P

BTW this was done as a class project and we had to present our model in their default standing pose

The side of me which cares about not getting my internal organs organs destroyed would like to point out that typically if someone is wearing armory sorts of things, the armor should actually cover the vital organs.

And anatomy-wise, her nipples ought to be visible with an outfit cut that low.

Not that I don't agree, but you must not have not played a lot of video games, then. Though, it would be nice to see functional yet still revealing armour designs for women more often.

I think this is more like Major Kusanagi rather than a human in the nipple area.

not that i'm saying theres any other similarity's.

the legs look very spiffy, would you be able to do some sort of mid air pose kicking ass?

i know her nipples should be showing but what fun would it be if i didnt let u imagine them yourself? lol. I would also have to agree with Bombadier on the armor remark, most armored females in games and movies dont protect their vital organs, cus sex sells. I mean who would watch Xena if she was decked out in fullll armor? maybe its just me be all she had on was a leather cheerleader outfit and threw a sharp circle/ring of death at ppl. not very practical if u ask me, considering how much human and God ass she would kick. Btw Callisto OWNED in that show, Efffff Xena ^_^

It looks really nice... but just a couple comments.

    1. While it looks nice, it seems... basic, despite having detail. Slightly edited primitives(the half-sphere's on her in a few places), and it seems like a lot of things were just simple extrude/bevel jobs without much detail. The legs, for example, look like you took a tube, and just beveled it a hundred times in and out. Thats not bad by itself, but contrast it with the blade, which looks strangely flat in places(yes, taking into consideration its meant for cutting, but still).

    2. Definate render work could be done. Have you ever worked with ambient occlusion?

Btw, it seems like you're working in max, correct me if I'm wrong.

    1. Ohhh helll yea its simple...and u are absolutely right about slightly edited primitives. ^_^. i am still just learning the programs and trying out different things and seeing what works where and how (if dat makes sense). Believe me i got tired of Bevels and Extrudes in the leg segments. You hit the model's simplicity right on the head. All i did was edit shapes and put em together (simple), the only real modeling was done in the Flesh torso and head. as far as for the blade...dont judge me....i only had 20 mins before it was due and i had to whip up a sword, cus i promised the class a gun-blade cannon D:. trust me, I WILL work more on the blade. Its pretty cool that u can just look at my model and be able to tell exactly what i did. lol

    2. The render we HAD to turn it in with a 3 point light system and the entire model and background HAD to be default gray. If we were given some lee-way regarding rendering i would have gone a diff route.

    3. Yezzzzzir 3D Studio Max 8

I'm not sure what fetishes are hip these days, but I don't think this model really qualifies as sexy, even with the low cut top and midriff. I mean, an insect eye mask, cyborg legs and arms. Not exactly hawt.

Lol, I wasnt going for seksi at all. I was going more for deadly killing machine who as been in a few battles and obviously lost limbs or willingly had them removed and implanted with robotics to enhance her own physical abilities. And as far as for the head, shes NOT human. sheesh...lol ^_^
