What Would the Punishment Be for an Illegal Abortion?

Of course the abortionist would be jailed, but what would happen to the woman who wanted the abortion? They don't only arrest drug dealers, do they? No, they arrest people who buy illegal drugs, too. Why shouldn't they arrest women who have illegal abortions? I can just imagine FOX covering abortion stings on the evening news.
I find it interesting that the majority of people who want abortion to become illegal don't want any sort of action taken against the women who actually seek out illegal abortionists and pay for their services. Any thoughts?
