Where the fuck is it? Was that trailer back in 2006 just meant to screw with us?

*shrugs* I assume it's still in development. Since when have Rare development cycles been heavily publicized anyway?

Can we call it Banjo-Kazooie 3.

Twoie pissed me off somthing fierce. Not that I expect anything else from what's sure to be a cookie cutter sequel.

I had no idea this was going on.

What platform? I remember reading that MS owns them now, so is it safe to assume 360 exclusive?

What the fuck? How did twoie piss you off? It kicked all kinds of ass. It had BK1 on teh ropes. It had bigger worlds, more maneuvers, multiple controllable characters, and it merged different types of gameplay.

I mean, I realize everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but this is the first time I've heard of someone thinking that BK2 was a bad game.

Even if you said you didn't like the BK games at all. ANY OF THEM. I could wrap my head around that.

    Is it a nostalgia thing?

I just don't understand how it could be considered worse. I fail to see anything that BK1 somehow did better.

    I am baffled.

I would assume they mean BK3, but who knows.

I bet it's probably BK3. I like that they mention Jet Force Gemini though. That game was pretty awesome, except for the fact that there was too much doo-dad collecting.

Not really my business but I think he was talking about the name "Twoie" moreso than the game itself.

Well, you can all stop complaining, because it was in fact called Tooie.

The "revamped" designs made me vomit a little in the back of my mouth when I saw them, so hopefully those were switched up.

God I loved Banjo Tooie so much
I especially liked using Kazooie as a gun for FPS sections which I hope returns.

Well, if that's the case, I have no beef here and take back all my WTF's and whatnot.

    Otherwise, they stand.

GenoForPrez maybe put your WTF's back on the table.

Tooie paled in comparison to its predecessor. Where BK1 (Kazooie) was intricately plotted and well-paced, Tooie heaped "bigger worlds, more maneuvers!" indiscriminately in my general direction until I crumbled under its sheer vapid quantity.

Much like Donkey Kong 64 really.

    I loved them both.

Banjo Tooie was just more of the same as we got from Banjo Kazooie.

AND IN NO WAY IS THAT A BAD THING.

I loved the original BK, even though I felt like a fucking retard whenever I would say something like "I dont have enough jinjos" or "I cant get these jiggies here". Too much garbage to collect.

The level variety and ambience were so great, at the time I liked it better than mario 64.

Jinjjo always sounded like some racial slur to me. Like you're going around collecting some bizzare oppressed minority.
I need to collect all the Jews on this level to get another Jiggy!

The hero and protagonist, whose story the book follows, is the aptly-named Hiro Protagonist: "Last of the freelance hackers and Greatest sword fighter in the world." When Hiro loses his job as a pizza delivery driver for the Mafia, he meets a streetwise young girl nicknamed Y.T. (short for Yours Truly), who works as a skateboard "Kourier", and they decide to become partners in the intelligence business.

I'm pretty sure it's still 2008. Nothing was shown at E3, I believe, because they wanted to remain focused on this holiday season. My guess is that we'll start seeing a lot more news about the game early next year.
