If only the enforcers had known what they were about to do when they tossed those pipe cleaners into the line. What was supposed to be fodder for simple arts and crafts was about to be twisted to a much more unsavory end.
Once it was forged, it did what it was meant to do, first by securing the port...
...and then by taking the city.
But carnage and oppression is hard work, and relaxation would have to take its turn as well.
With the city on it's knees, he could now partake in the fruits of his labor.
But he can also be a benevolent ruler, and so also offers some of the spoils that we may quench ourselves.
