Internet radio to the 360

I heard a dirty rumor that you could get WMP to stream internet radio to the 360, but I'm always getting empty playlists on the 360 end. Am I doing something wrong? I've got WMP 11, and I can get pictures from my computer with no hassle.
Also, on a side note, any music I try to play on my 360 is giving me trouble as well. All of the tracks have little red "No" signs on them (think Ghostbusters). I don't get it. All I want to do is listen to The Moody Blues or Disco Internet radio stations while I play Gears of War.
