What do you watch that makes you absolutely ashamed of yourself? Moreover, why do you watch it? Is it ironic pleasure?
I'll admit it, I watch Big Brother with my girlfriend (she's a big closet fan) and I actually have some fun with it. I think I enjoy it in the same way one enjoys professional sports. You pick a character to root for and suddenly its 10x more fun. There is also the irony factor, it's fun to make fun of this stuff as I watch it. I also watch Top Chef, which can get pretty trashy.

So very very awful. Yet I loved those shows, not despite their awfulness, but because of it.
Eh, as much as I watch Doctor Who (and Torchwood, as of this past Saturday) and want to love it, I still notice that the production quality isn't that great.
Of course, if "reality" TV is our standard for trashiness, then I can see how these shows don't count.
Although shows that I consider very good but subtle or obscure that others would consider trash are cartoons like Squid Billies, Clone High, Total Drama Island / Drawn Together (I am really surprised I like them so much considering how much I completely loathe other reality shows), Undergrads, etc.

here's a point of view on the show I can understand.
edit - I generally watch Weeds and Entourage while wondering if they are technically good shows. Entourage I think is of better quality where as Weeds drew me on based on subject matter and the quality no longer has bearing on whether I watch the show or not.

Yeah, not just uncensored, there are entire episodes that they leave off of TV because of the content. There's a couple of Vegas episodes, somebody's birthday, etc.
Honestly, the show makes me really like Hef as a human being. He seems like he just found what he liked to do and ran with it, and I can respect that. Holly and Bridgette are decent enough people, and Bridgette's deceivingly intelligent.
Kendra, on the other hand, is a disgusting person in every way possible.
Jesus Christ, yes. It's terrible, there's something so stiff and plastic about it. It's like she gets botox every single day of her life.
My favorite was the murder mystery party they had for Bridgette's birthday.
In general, I'm pretty cool with the porn industry. The only segment that I find myself disliking is the "Girls Gone Wild" franchise, and I think thats mostly because I've done numerous things while drunk that I regretted at a later date, and the franchise is built upon exploiting that for profit, and I doubt these girls recieve any type of profit sharing nor any recourse to stop the publishing of said video if they wanted to be removed from it.
Edit: Now I look at this its sorta out of the blue, its just a tangent I picked up while discussing the Girls Next Door and finding Hef a likeable guy.

Seriously? Kendra's 20th birthday party episode was one of the most depressing moments in television until Bob Barker retired. That, and the fact that she can't distunguish between waterfowl and chickens.
Yeah, but she's fun to watch. I wouldn't like...want to be her friend or anything.
What I'm embarrassed to watch is Wife Swap. Yeah, I know the show is intended for middle-aged women but I keep watching to see all the fucked up American families across our fine nation. One episode had a brat so spoiled, she was in hysterics because her chore was to take out the trash or empty the litterbox or something. She screamed at the camera for five minutes straight.
