Since this weekend I've had weird sensations going through my right arm and hand. It's not really pain, more of a slight discomfort.
I'm a game tester, and I've been on a project with overtime for more than a month. Add to this that the project I'm currently on requires heavy usage of the right trigger, which means my right index finger is often found pressing down that trigger. Basically a lot of my waking hours has me with either a 360 controller in hand or a computer mouse.
This being crunchtime, overtime is pretty much required and it's not time for me to ask for a vacation, but I also don't want to end up fucking up my right arm. I know nothing of tendinitis or if this weird discomfort is a precursor to tendinitis. Anything I can do to help this? Should I take this very seriously?

Yes, you should probably take it seriously. I'd talk to a doctor, and maybe see if your company has a workplace safety policy on repetitive strain injuries.
You should start stretching every twenty minutes or so and go see a doctor. I had tendinitis that went untreated for a while and got so bad I could not lift a half gallon of milk.

But yes, stuff like this is serious business. Last I checked CTS and stuff like that are pretty much irreversible.
